Oh yeah, I felt the Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred Interval 3 this morning... felt it all over... my gluts, my abs, my legs... WOWZERS! So thankfully when I asked my hubby (who has weights & resistance training/class this afternoon) if he wanted to skip the Shred this morning and do some yoga instead for our workout, he jumped at the chance. I'd be kidding myself if I tried to make it sound like I only made that offer because I was thinking about him... the reality was, I was thinking about the aches I felt in my own body.
This morning we tackled 20 minutes worth of The Biggest Loser Wii Yoga together. A good start to the day and a good break between yesterday's interval 3 and tomorrow's interval 3 to come.
