Hello Interval 3 of the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels.
Wow. I'm not sure that I'll be able to walk later today. A stretch this afternoon will be OH SO necessary! The hubby and I welcomed in Day 21 of the Shred and met the scary Interval 3. I was nervous as Jillian quickly described that even the warm-up would be more intense within this interval.
From walking/moving push ups to sumo squats to the other randomness we tackled this morning, I can definitely say I had a workout! I shredded!
