While at the yogurt shop, YoLo's on Saturday evening with my hubs and rents, I came upon this:
So by my calculations, I have 20 days until race day. I haven't worked out since my last race day on September 5th - Labor Day. I use the term "race" loosely because I was not moving very quickly, but at least finished.
I'm crazy enough to plan on participating in this one to a) give me a goal to "make" me start working out again, b) run with a nursing school classmate that is interested in doing a 5k, and c) challenge myself once again.
